Before The Sensory Reset™ had a name, it had a kitchen counter, a handful of raw ingredients, and a woman who needed to find her way back to herself.

Coach KB discovered soap making during one of the hardest seasons of her life. What started as something to do with her hands became something she could not explain, a stillness, a release, a reset. The scent, the texture, the act of creating something from nothing. It was healing in the truest sense of the word.

She could not keep that to herself. What began as a personal practice became Ready to Live Soap Therapy, and eventually evolved into The Sensory Reset™, a full sensory wellness framework built on one simple truth: your nervous system responds to experience. And when you give it the right one, everything shifts.

We are not here to sell you a candle and call it self-care. We are here to change how you feel in your body, and give you something to take home with you.

The Sensory Reset™ exists because too many people, especially in Black and Brown communities, have been handed wellness solutions that do not look like them, speak to them, or meet them where they are.

We built something different. An experience that is immersive, accessible, and grounded in science and soul. Our proprietary 15-minute nervous system regulation framework has been delivered in Fortune 500 boardrooms, community centers, conference floors, and retreat spaces, and it works everywhere because people are people, and everyone deserves a moment to breathe.

Meet Coach KB.

Kabisa Ceal Starks - known to her community as Coach KB,  is the Founder and CEO of The Sensory Reset™, a wellness speaker, podcast host, and one of Georgia's 50 Women to KNOW (2026).

She built this company from the ground up, bootstrapped and purpose-driven, growing it from a soap-making practice into a multi-offering experiential wellness company that has served Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, sororities, faith communities, and thousands of individuals across the country.

Coach KB hosts the podcast Speak Your Healing with Coach KB, where she creates space for honest conversations about healing, identity, and what it really means to be well. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Order of Eastern Star and a fierce advocate for healing spaces that center Black and Brown women and communities.
